A small house of Mayfair homes.

Mayfair Grand Residences was founded in London in 2026 to do one thing well: prepare beautiful homes in Mayfair and look after them, and the people who stay in them, with exacting care.

Prepared, not simply furnished.

Every residence begins with the building: its light, its proportions and its neighbours. We plan each room for the way guests really live in London, then dress it, photograph it and run it to a written standard.

Our homes sit in the quiet streets between Park Lane and Mount Street, a minute from Hyde Park. We know their porters, their quirks and the best table nearby, and we share all of it with our guests.

The may blossom

Mayfair takes its name from the May Fair, held here for the first fortnight of May from 1686 until 1764, on fields where Shepherd Market and Curzon Street stand today.

Our emblem is the may blossom, the hawthorn flower of that season, drawn like the plaster rose on a Georgian ceiling. Five petals, five residences, and a promise to keep every one of them in bloom.

Five principles

What we hold ourselves to, in every residence and every message.

  • Exactness

Every residence is prepared to a written standard and checked against it before each arrival.

  • Discretion

Addresses reach guests only when they need them. Owners and guests can rely on our silence.

  • Warmth

Fast, human replies, seven days a week, from people who know the homes.

  • Honesty

Photographs of the real rooms, house rules stated plainly, and reviews we never edit.

  • Good neighbours

Quiet arrivals, sensible house rules and respect for every building, porter and resident.

Our sister company

Our residences are also presented and booked through Londoners.com, our sister company, which looks after a wider collection of serviced apartments across central London.
