Privacy notice
This notice explains how Mayfair Grand Residences Ltd ("we", "us") uses the personal information you share with us through this website. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17055698, with our registered office at 71 to 75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller of the information described here. You can reach us at info@mayfairgrandresidences.com or on +44 7445 217 721.
What we collect
- The details you send through our forms: your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your note.
- Details about a home you would like us to appraise, if you are an owner.
- Details about a stay you are planning, such as dates and the number of guests.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to arrange viewings and appraisals, and to plan your stay. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and, where a booking or agreement follows, the performance of that contract.
Bookings made on other platforms
When you book through Airbnb, Booking.com, Londoners.com, Vrbo, Expedia or Plum Guide, that platform collects and processes your booking details under its own privacy notice. We receive what we need to host your stay.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and for a reasonable period afterwards, and booking records for as long as the law requires.
Sharing
We never sell your information. We share it only with the people who help us host and look after our residences, such as housekeeping and maintenance teams, and only as far as they need it.
Notes sent through the forms on this website reach our team by email, and a copy is kept securely with our web host.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@mayfairgrandresidences.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may keep a small note in your browser, for example to avoid repeating its opening animation, which is cleared when you close the tab. Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts and our animation code by jsDelivr; like any website they load from, these services receive your browser's internet address.
